⇨ Superpowers/non-human/etc? ; All of her powers are because of nanomachines in her body (and thus technology based), but she can deplete a person's life by... hugging or straddling them. Yyyyyyep.

In addition to that, she can make really weak green fires and copy voices.

Also, eventually she'll get her Octopus suit back, which is far more powerful. The main thing is that she can shapeshift (I don't even KNOW how that works without it being a supernatural thing) and change the colors in her suit to blend in with pretty much any environment. She can also eject some kind of ink fog to mask her surroundings. Other than that, the rest of the features are basically weaponry; guns, homing bombs, and the tentacles on her suit themselves (think Dr. Octopus, their tentacles are scarily similar).

In private, Jesse would be a lot calmer and more likely to talk things through... and he'd probably express remorse for whatever Charles knows about him and beg him not to tell anyone else. Jesse's a very reasonable bad guy in most cases.
⇨ Superpowers/non-human/etc? ; He was born an ordinary human, but he received a superpower in Siren's Port. He can transfer powers by touch, remove them completely from one person and hold onto them or bestow them upon someone else. He can't use them, though.
⇨ Additional notes ; Jesse is very much a lost soul in need of guidance, which is probably the thing that stands out the most about him. He doesn't realize how much he's been manipulated by others, but he's a good person at his core. He's really just searching for support and approval. He wants to be good at something and it's unfortunate that he's good at bad things.

Feferi is a loud-thinking and open sort of person, so it should be easy, but her blood colour means she has a serious amount of psychic resistance! It's very necessary for survival on her planet. There are also biological differences that have caused trouble for psychic interactions between trolls and humans in canon, so he'd probably find difficulties there too. tl;dr it'll seem like she's perfectly open, but there'll be a big wall there that might take a lot of effort to get past, and even then things will be sort of muffled.

In any case, he is free to do so. I take most of her info from the movies (with some background stuff from the books), if that helps. If you haven't watched it I'm more than happy to provide info for you :)

⇨ Will he experience any difficulty/resistance doing so? ; Leoben is a Cylon, which means he's biologically identical to human on a cellular scale, but his mind is cybernetic. But what this means for Charles's purposes is anyone's guess. I figure he'd at least be able to tell there's a mind there, even if it feels...off?

Leoben would be quite interested in Charles's telepathy and probably wouldn't try to keep him out, for what that's worth. Cylons can pass info between each other sort of...wirelessly, and Leoben especially has the ability to sense details about other people and things about their past/future, and even enter their dreams, so.

But if Charles can get inside Leoben's head, it's...it's going to be weird in there, most likely, and a little hard to make sense of.

Certain phrases or things will, as he has a near-photographic memory, cause him to briefly flash on his past with incredible clarity, particularly where those occasions are traumatic. He'll remember sounds, phrases, words, sensations--everything from the cool brush of bat wings against his cheeks to Ra's al Ghul's precise words, even years later. Where I use his past in his action brackets, Bruce will be reflecting as they go along. If he talks about his parents, he'll remember parts of it in slow motion. I'll try and be as descriptive as possible where necessary.
