For those who don't know, Charles is a pretty darn powerful telepath. This permission post is preemptively asking about reading minds. Any other of Charles' skills will be asked about prior to use (ie: messing with the senses, changing up perception, mind control). Feel free to use the form below or wing it.

⇨ Can he read their mind? ; Within reason. Cid won't realize he's blocking it, but he will.
⇨ Will he experience any difficulty/resistance doing so? ; Cid is TK, and while he's not psychic per se he definitely has the defenses in. He doesn't even realize he's blocking it, as stated before, but there's definitely a powerful wall.
⇨ Topics that are not okay to discuss? ; You're gold with p. much everything.
⇨ Superpowers/non-human/etc? ; Cid is human, but what people in his world called TK--and a very, very powerful one even at the age of 5. Most can just levitate little stuff like quarters, but Cid has accidentally killed two people by exploding their hearts/bodies. So... he's kinda a freak of nature, even within the TK bracket.
⇨ Additional notes ; If he can pick up on things like identities (if that makes sense) feel free to pick up on the word Rainmaker, but I'm trying to keep Cid's powers pretty hush hush for the time being. I'd appreciate it if Charles doesn't spread it around!
