For those who don't know, Charles is a pretty darn powerful telepath. This permission post is preemptively asking about reading minds. Any other of Charles' skills will be asked about prior to use (ie: messing with the senses, changing up perception, mind control). Feel free to use the form below or wing it.

I mean, the fact that Cylons are cybernetic and can plug into computers but are still indistinguishable from humans and can still interbreed with them doesn't make any freaking sense, granted. But Charles's sister is a blue shapechanger and his bestie can control metal with his mind, so. *jazz hands* Skience!
