For those who don't know, Charles is a pretty darn powerful telepath. This permission post is preemptively asking about reading minds. Any other of Charles' skills will be asked about prior to use (ie: messing with the senses, changing up perception, mind control). Feel free to use the form below or wing it.

⇨ Can he read their mind? ; Yes
⇨ Will he experience any difficulty/resistance doing so? ; Not really a difficulty, but Arwen is an Elf and what's more, she embodies the Evenstar, and when someone looks at her through x-ray lenses they can pret. much see THE BLINDING LIGHT OF THE VALAR and all that, so I imagine that could be the same for a telepath and that might make him jump a bit? In any case, he is free to do so. I take most of her info from the movies (with some background stuff from the books), if that helps. If you haven't watched it I'm more than happy to provide info for you :)
⇨ Topics that are not okay to discuss? ; Not much, she's pretty open, but there's a lot of sombreness in her memories.
⇨ Superpowers/non-human/etc? ; Elf. Superhumans, to put it shortly. Super senses. Can only die by deathblows/grief/heartache. Are very close to nature and can grow trees and make them talk if they want.
⇨ Additional notes ; Elves have keener senses than Men, and most High Elves can actually do telepathy to each other (i.e. Galadriel & Elrond in the movie). But Arwen is technically an Half-Elf, so she might just feel a kick in her head when he's probing? The strength of that kick would depend on how much he's taking out of her, I guess. So be careful, Charles? DON'T FREAK OUT AN ELF
