Mayfield Permissions;
For those who don't know, Charles is a pretty darn powerful telepath. If you have questions about any of his abilities, please visit this link to get a bit more of a perspective of it.
Please note that due to the condition of Mayfield, he receives his abilities back in pieces. However, I am looking to receive full permissions so I don't have to seek out permissions every time he receives more of his skills.
Also note that while Charles can go tromping around in minds, he doesn't typically unless necessary.
* Non-human/superpowers: Charles is able to sense other mutants. To a degree, he would be able to tell if someone is not completely human.

⇨ Can he read their mind? ; Sure
⇨ Will he experience any difficulty/resistance doing so? ; Nope
⇨ Topics that are not okay to discuss? ; Bringing up her work as a member of a special squad that is sent to "judge" (i.e. kill) rebels going against the military. And anything pertaining to her slowly deteriorating sight. Both are touchy subjects and she'll avoid them if brought up.
⇨ Superpowers/non-human/etc? ; No superpowers and human.
⇨ Additional notes ; Tsubaki has had her memories of her roommate Noel taken from her by the town. She doesn't realize it yet, but Charles is free to notice that someone is missing from her memories.
also since they live together you can have him reading her mind any time if you want. I'm on hiatus right now and she's droned, so he won't get much other than a scrambled empty head.
