Mayfield Permissions;
For those who don't know, Charles is a pretty darn powerful telepath. If you have questions about any of his abilities, please visit this link to get a bit more of a perspective of it.
Please note that due to the condition of Mayfield, he receives his abilities back in pieces. However, I am looking to receive full permissions so I don't have to seek out permissions every time he receives more of his skills.
Also note that while Charles can go tromping around in minds, he doesn't typically unless necessary.
* Non-human/superpowers: Charles is able to sense other mutants. To a degree, he would be able to tell if someone is not completely human.

⇨ Will he experience any difficulty/resistance doing so? ; Haha okay, so Josh is basically super godmoddy in canon, but he deliberately nerfs himself there and is obviously waaaay powered down in Mayfield. In canon, when someone tries to read his mind, they get vague images and memories instead of the full sentences that they normally would and it's heavily implied that Josh is controlling what they see. In short, it's possible to read his mind and communicate through thought; however, he'll be able to tell if someone's in there and they won't be able to see anything he doesn't want them to see. Mind control is flat out impossible.

⇨ Superpowers/non-human/etc? ; Hahaha yes. A list of his abilities can be found here, but to summarize, he's technically human but he's also 1) dead and 2) the god of a city.
⇨ Additional notes ; One of the possible regains for him are Player Pins, which makes whoever's wearing it immune to mind-reading and grants them very mild telepathy of their own provided they've died at least once, although he won't get this back for a while yet if ever.
Also while he comes off really godmoddy here, Joshua's actually the type to hide the full extent of his powers unless he's forced to use them. So Charles won't really have that much trouble gleaming surface thoughts off him, since he's trying to pass for a teenage boy with some supernatural powers instead of a god.

⇨ Can he read their mind? ; Yes, but he won't find much...
⇨ Will he experience any difficulty/resistance doing so? ; Gamzee's indigo blood canonly gives him resistance to psychic attacks, but he's also kind of a huge moron who's usually stoned, so...not really, no. The only difficulty he'll get is being able to find anything to read in the first place.

⇨ Superpowers/non-human/etc? ; He's a troll/alien. He has a ton of physical powers as well as the psychic ability to cause terror in people, but he's usually too stoned to access any of them.

⇨ Will he experience any difficulty/resistance doing so? ; None what so ever. Ken has no resistances. (In fact he may be one of the easier people to read due to he's easy to read for people with out telepathy, and previous experiences.)
⇨ Topics that are not okay to discuss? ; Nope! He may react badly to a few of them, but nothing is off limits.
⇨ Superpowers/non-human/etc? ; He's human.
⇨ Additional notes ; Ken has actually encountered telepaths in the past, including in his own canon. If he finds out Charles is reading his mind he will react with a bit of hostility. Ken's first instinct will be to blame a man called Shuldich (ie Mastermind), who was a very hostile telepath that liked to screw with him. Shu used to be here, but just got recently droned. Ken is also an assassin so when I say hostile, Charles has about 10 seconds before someone tries to go wolverine on his ass. Not that Ken would get very far considering he's only human with no abilities himself however.
Oh, one more thing. Ken canonically has been mind controlled in the past due to hypnotic suggestion that is pretty ingrained in him, so Charles may be able to see the remnants of this programming. This may make him easier to read, I don't know.

⇨ Superpowers/non-human/etc? ; he's essentially a superpowered vampire haha. He doesn't have any psychic/magical/"supernatural" abilities since Chiropterans in Blood+ are just another species rather than your classic undead, but he is very strong/fast, etc. And he's pretty vicious, so he isn't afraid to abuse his strength.

⇨ Can he read their mind? ; Unless she is actively shielding or inside her work circle, probably so
⇨ Will he experience any difficulty/resistance doing so? ; (in other words - psychic barriers, similar skillsets, etc - it will also help me gauge how far he will get) ; Ilsa will probably notice, but if she recognizes him, most of the time she'll not try to block him.
⇨ Topics that are not okay to discuss? ; Ilsa is sensitive to non-consensual activities. If she says to stop what he's finding in her head, probably a good idea to stop before she retaliates.
⇨ Superpowers/non-human/etc? ; Her father is an incubus, but they are wired similarly enough to humans that there should only be minor compatibility issues. Her empathic skills should also be compatible with his, for the most part. The guardian mage abilities will probably block him out when they are invoked, unless there is a specific link arranged before she raises the circle. For minor works, he'll be able to get the impression that she's thinking very hard, but might not be able to follow it all.

⇨ Will he experience any difficulty/resistance doing so? Some, she can use a form of telepathy and part of her training is to block others from reading her thoughts. But she's kind of sucky at it and she has been described as 'leaks like a sieve' by her teacher. It's more likely that she'll just be aware of him.
⇨ Topics that are not okay to discuss? Everything is an open book, but currently saying she's a mage or taking a look at her role as Archmage will make her twitchy and possibly unhappy.
⇨ Superpowers/non-human/etc? She's a mage, which he'll probably see as a natural energy manipulator. She has a mild form of telepathy from that, so she won't be overly startled if he decides to sue that with her.
