Most things are fine for me with Charles. Please discuss anything with me if you have concerns.

For those who don't know, Charles is a pretty darn powerful telepath. This permission post is preemptively asking about reading minds. Any other of Charles' skills will be asked about prior to use (ie: messing with the senses, changing up perception, mind control). Feel free to use the form below or wing it.
Also feel free to ask any questions/comments/etc regarding his skills here.

⇨ Can he read their mind? ; Sure!
⇨ Will he experience any difficulty/resistance doing so? ; Xemnas has no specific barriers to psychic abilities, but his life has been such that things might get... difficult. I can explain more if you want, but there might be spoilers.
⇨ Topics that are not okay to discuss? ; In general, Xemnas would prefer his secrets to stay well, secret. He's probably not going to react well to being called out on any of his lies either.
⇨ Superpowers/non-human/etc? ; Yes on both! Xemnas is a Nobody and is also capable of various sorts of magic.
⇨ Additional notes ; Nothing that I can think of! I'll let you know if anything comes up.

⇨ Can he read their mind? ; Yes
⇨ Will he experience any difficulty/resistance doing so? ; Anders is possessed by a spirit who would likely pick up on any deep digging. Surface stuff will go off without a hitch; there aren't telepaths in Anders' world. But any pressing could backfire with Justice (the spirit) coming to the forefront and closing things off.
⇨ Topics that are not okay to discuss? ; None
⇨ Superpowers/non-human/etc? ; Anders is a mage, with an ever-growing list of spells, and Justice is the spirit of Justice, the personification/epitome of the notion.

⇨ Will he experience any difficulty/resistance doing so? ; He's a strong-minded kid, but I doubt Roxas has any special defenses. I suppose Chuck might get confused by memories of non-Roxas people floating around inside him (some of which he can't consciously recall, but they're there because Kingdom Hearts), but that probably depends on how you play his abilities.

⇨ Superpowers/non-human/etc? ; Like Xemnas, Roxas is a Nobody, but he's a weirdo Nobody with a heart, so...human, but sort of weird-human.

⇨ Topics that are not okay to discuss? ; OOCLY, no. ICLY, Kotetsu won't have (much of) a problem with surface-level thoughts, aside from being vaguely uncomfortable. However, he'll be pretty much extremely pissed if he finds out Charles has been digging around in his mind and memories, because he's a very private sort of person and there's stuff in there he doesn't like talking about.
⇨ Superpowers/non-human/etc? ; Hundred Power, but otherwise he's a completely ordinary human. At his canonpoint he has one minute of power remaining per hour.

⇨ Will he experience any difficulty/resistance doing so? ; No, Ovan has no overt control on whether or not anyone can peek into his mind.
⇨ Topics that are not okay to discuss? ; Any topic is open for discussion; however, Ovan will be less than pleased by any discussion of any truly personal information.
⇨ Superpowers/non-human/etc? ; Ovan is a video game sprite from the MMO “The World”, the form that everyone has thus far encountered is not his true body (which is thankfully human and relatively normal). His actual name is Indou Masato (surname, given), but he addresses and introduces himself as his player character for simplicity’s sake. That being said, aside from his curious existence outside of a digital environment, he is currently in possession of two additional sentient beings within his mind.
The first, the AIDA [Tri-Edge] is a malevolent and overtly hostile artificial intelligence that has been infesting his character for over a year and a half. It takes great joy in causing Ovan trouble and pain from devouring the mind of his sister (and frequently bragging about it to him) to sending a friend of his into a coma. Beyond that, it is innately curious - it wants to learn about humans and their interactions and does so by infecting then possessing them. A key note for those infected with AIDA is how it warps the mind - it erases all inhibitions and calls forth darkest parts of one’s soul, playing into both the fears and desires of the possessed. Ultimately, whether the end result of that infection is madness or the destruction of the victim’s mind, [Tri-Edge] doesn't particularly care.
The parasitic coexistence between AIDA and Ovan is a tenuous one at best; neither can fully erase the other so struggles over control of Ovan’s body are frequent events especially when other people are nearby. [Tri-Edge] wants to get out, it wants to infect others especially considering that it is no longer contained to a digital medium.
The second sentience contained within Ovan is that of his Avatar, Corbenik. Unfortunately, unlike Skeith, Corbenik is not given any defining personality traits in canon - we never get to truly peek into Ovan or Corbenik’s mind, so keeping in line with this, the Avatar will remain beyond inspection. It can be detected and its interest roused by snooping around in its host’s mind, but its thoughts will remain obscured.

⇨ Will he experience any difficulty/resistance doing so? ; Ginko isn't skilled at blocking mental probing... however, if Charles tries to look into Ginko's childhood, he won't be able to get past the age of ten or so. It's not that those memories are blocked; they're removed. He may be able to get a few impressions if he really works at it, but what those are will depend on the situation.
⇨ Topics that are not okay to discuss? ; His age :| ...no, just kidding. Mmm, his childhood (that Charles can see) was pretty rough, he probably won't talk about that too easily. Anything else is fair game.
⇨ Superpowers/non-human/etc? ; He can see in the dark (about as well as a cat or other night predator), and he's from a game where he could create things out of thin air so he'll have memories of doing that.

...and I had a rather epic failure to remember that he also has the ability to attract little creatures to him back in his world, known as 'mushi'; they're basically like magical bacteria not everyone can see. They don't exist in Anatole, but that subject will inevitably come up if they talk much at all.

⇨ Will he experience any difficulty/resistance doing so? ; Haha, no. Prettyr sure he can read her without having to go into her head. World's worst pokerface.
⇨ Topics that are not okay to discuss? ; I'm cool with anything but she'd have issues if he brought up her romantic feelings. And again, if she found out about him reading her mind she will have serious issues. She's had a bad experience with her memories getting messed with.
