For those who don't know, Charles is a pretty darn powerful telepath. This permission post is preemptively asking about reading minds. Any other of Charles' skills will be asked about prior to use (ie: messing with the senses, changing up perception, mind control). Feel free to use the form below or wing it.

TOPHER: Anything's free game. Claire's pretty much aired his dirty laundry to the network at this point, so while he'll get withdrawn and sad about it, he won't flip out.

HAYMITCH: UH. BETTER IF YOU DON'T MENTION ANYTHING BECAUSE HE WILL FLIP OUT.

SARK: Same as Haymitch. Neither would even consider the possibility of telepaths and would just assume he was Capitol or an enemy and would react accordingly with... violence.
