For those who don't know, Charles is a pretty darn powerful telepath. This permission post is preemptively asking about reading minds. Any other of Charles' skills will be asked about prior to use (ie: messing with the senses, changing up perception, mind control). Feel free to use the form below or wing it.

⇨ Can he read their mind? ; Yep!
⇨ Will he experience any difficulty/resistance doing so? ; There won't be any resistance per se, but canonically when Yoite's mind was read before, it was literally so overwhelmingly fucking unhinged that the person doing so was worried about his mind infecting hers if she held on too long? It's just, uh. Something to be aware of.
⇨ Topics that are not okay to discuss? ; Pretty much everything's fair game! He's got a demon deal here with Crowley that I wouldn't like to get out in the open any time soon, though, if possible.
⇨ Superpowers/non-human/etc? ; Human, but he possesses a skill called 'kira' - it's this concentrated telekinesis of sorts. He basically shoots a piece of his lifeforce into a person and manipulates it in order to cut them apart or tear them to shreds, oops, uh.
