"If I truly had regrets," Charles pointed out. "I would have had you lead me out of here and home." He tapped a hand to his forehead as he leaned to remove his socks and shoes first. "I believe in living my life so I do not have anything to regret." And while he knew he made some poor choices in his life, he didn't think that he had anything to regret.
